Easter Lunch at Haute Cabrière Restaurant

Chef Ryan Shell has created a truly amazing 4-course Easter Lunch menu, which will be served in addition to our normal a la carte menu. The experience starts off with a truffled pea soup, which is followed by a smoked cheddar soufflé, and a confit springbok cottage pie. The meal is rounded off by a delicious sticky toffee pudding. R 295 per person, including a glass of wine with each course. For bookings, please contact us on or +27.218763688.

Wine Recommendations for Easter

Easter, the long awaited week-end for friends and relaxation, begs for Pierre Jourdan Brut as the welcoming drink. The lovely 'mousse', the sparkle, lifts the spirits and paves the way for a great time together. The ladies in the party should be spoiled with their favourite Haute Cabrière Chardonnay Pinot Noir or Pierre Jourdan Tranquille, as both wines are elegant, fruity and the alcohol is sensibly low. For the al fresco lunches or the braai, enjoying the last days of summer, an elegant red is called for, do introduce your friends to our Haute Cabrière Unwooded Pinot Noir, packed with berry fruits, low in tannins and best served chilled.
