Overhex Wines International
The agreement between Overhex and Bon Cap, one of South Africa’s largest and most successful privately owned organic wineries came into effect on 1 February 2013.
According to Overhex managing director Gerhard van der Wath, negotiations between Overhex and Bon Cap were initiated in the course of 2012.
“We have reached a mutually satisfactory agreement whereby Overhex will be hiring the cellar facilities at Bon Cap, buying the organically grown grapes, making and bottling the wines and marketing and distributing the Bon Cap range,” says Gerhard.
“This means that Overhex is now able to offer our clients even greater innovation and differentiation in the market.”
