Hitting the high notes, Simonsig Estate has clinched  four venerable 90+ ratings from eRobertParker.com affiliated to Wine Advocate, one of the leading wine magazines in the USA.
Known for producing superior reds, it is no wonder that the Simonsig Frans Malan Reserve 2008 was given the stamp of approval with a 92 point rating by wine commentator Neal Martin. Martin describes the Frans Malan as “a superb Cape Blend” in his report on South African wines. Following suit with 91 points is the “elegant” Tiara 2009, a Simonsig take on the classic Bordeaux blend.

Recognising Simonsig’s knack for producing outstanding whites, both the “straight to the point, no frills” Simonsig Chenin Blanc 2011 and the Simonsig Chenin Avec Chene 2010 with its “distinct personality” broke through the 90 point barrier.

Simonsig Wine Estate is located outside Stellenbosch, on the Kromme Rhee road between the R44 and R304. For more information on Simonsig Estate contact Tel: (021) 888 4915 or visit www.simonsig.co.za.
