Franschhoek Bubbly festival Friday, 30th November from 12pm onwards until Sunday, 2nd December from 5pm onwards The Franschhoek Cap Classique and Champagne Festival, is held annually and is the highlight of our Calendar. This festival, and also become known as the Magic of Bubbles. Every year there is a theme to the event, and this year it is Black and White with Birds and Bows. Boschendal will be showcasing the Grand Cuvee Brut 2008 MCC, and the Le Pavillion Brut Rose. All exhibitors and staff will dress in accordance with the theme. Held on their wine estate, find your favourite things from more than 30 passionate stall holders that include artisanal ice cream, very local award-winning goats cheeses, paella, macaroons, oysters, charcuterie, and bespoke clothing, jewellery, french "brocante" finds, art, handmade toys, and lots more.
