It’s dry, it’s pretty and is a mouthful of summer berries. The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc, with just a splash of Semillon to embellish it, is your perfect aperitif or can be enjoyed with fresh Cape mussels and summer salads loaded with goats milk cheese (feta). Whilst on the theme of summer wines we are extremely proud of our flagship white blend, The Century 2011, which was recently one of only three blended white wines to receive a Winemakers’ Choice Diamond Award.
