Join Masterchef SA contestant Jade de Waal and Rhebokskloof wine estate for a food demonstration and lunch.
She won hearts as the talented, quirky contestant on the debut season of Masterchef South Africa on M-Net this year, and now Jade de Waal will bring her unique brand of cooking and food demonstrations to the picturesque Rhebokskloof wine estate near Paarl.
On 18 and 25 November 2012, Jade will be hosting a ‘Food Jamming’ event at Rhebokskloof. Jade pioneered this unique concept in 2010, when her fellow university friends wanted to learn how to cook simple, delicious dishes on a student budget. Jade launched events where guests cook her recipes together in teams, with her assistance. Dishes were to be executed within 30 minutes, using readily available ingredients, and improvisation is encouraged.
Rhebokskloof will host Jade in November as she presents two ‘Food Jamming’ lunch sessions at the estate. Dishes will be paired with Rhebokskloof wines, and the day promises to be an interactive and fun experience culminating in mouthwatering dishes. No cooking experience is required!
