The recipe is uniquely created to pair beautifully with this handcrafted white blend for a magical culinary experience. Produced for maturation, Cyclus is a blend of organically-grown and hand-picked Viognier grapes (60%), with the balance made up of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Semillion.
