Villeria Wines
The vineyard is coming back to life after a good winter dormancy. While the vines are budding here, we are harvesting in France. Poor conditions during flowering have resulted in a small yield at Domaine Grier, but this normally means great quality can be expected.
While the Spring awakening unfolds in Villiera's vineyards, the bubbly comes to life in the cellar. Spring is when we bottle our Cap Classique and the second fermentation breathes life into our Tradition, Monro Brut and Brut Natural by creating the magical sparkle.

The Wildlife Sanctuary is green, offering plenty of grazing for the animals which has put them into a good mood. We highly recommend a game drive at this time of year.
