The Gallery at Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate is privileged and honoured to host two of Yanni Posnakoff's ANGELS-4GOOD* projects in South Africa as part of this acclaimed and renowned Greek artists international venture. Posnakoff, who is residing in Athens, has devoted the next 20 years of his life to create 1,000,000 (one million) original Angels of Agape illustrations. These are part of his personal crusade to spread unconditional love, forgiving, reconciling, healing, abundance and joy amongst the community.

Sunday 29 November, The Gallery at Grande Provence showcased an exhibition of works by 30 contemporary South African Artists. 10% of sales from the money raised from the sales of the children's artworks at R250 each will go towards M.A.D. (Make A Difference Foundation) which is spear-headed by Francois Pienaar, the ex-captain of the South African Springbok rugby team.

The following artists are taking part in the 'ANGELS4GOOD' exhibition, which runs from 29 November until mid January 2010: Mbongeni Buthelezi, Andrew Verster, Kevin Brand, Johann van der Schijjf, Daniel Halter, Wayne Barker, Jacques Fuller, Frank van Reenen, Michael Taylor, Michael Taylor, Boezaart & Bauermeister, Elizabeth Gunther, Colijn Strydom, Nanette Nel, Pauline Gutter, Gina Waldman, Dylan Graham, Richard Smith, Rhett Martyn, Richard Forbes, Stephan Erasmus, Thokozani Mthiyane, Susan Roux, Michael Smith, Guy du Toit, Graeme Williams, Christina Bryer, Diana Hyslop, Hanneke Benade and Boitumelo Sewing Project.

On exhibition will be paintings, sculpture, ceramics, jewellery and photography and the 'ANGELS4GOOD' exhibition will form part of the fourth annual 'ANGELS' exhibition. The Shop on the Grande Provence Estate makes available some of our favourite things from the local design, art and craft scene. The shop boasts a combination of talents in the industry with a selection of gifts and interior décor.

The exhibition will run until mid-January and can be viewed daily, Monday to Sunday, from 10h00 to 18h00. For further information and images, contact gallery@grandeprovence.co.za or telephone (021) 876-8630.
