Mont Rochelle Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
This Cabernet Sauvignon is classic in style with a lovely tannin structure and nuances of eucalyptus, cassis and blackcurrants. This wine is ready for drinking but will most definitely benefit from careful cellaring for at least 10 years from vintage. Ruby red with youthful purple hues, this wine displays an array of classic cigar box characteristics that are neatly integrated with layers of black fruits. The palate is a delicate balance of opulent fruit and acidity with tannins that are well defined and silky in texture.

Springfield Estate The Work of Time 2014
Springfield Estate in the Robertson Wine Valley set out to produce a Bordeaux Blend and so we planted the classic varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
These vines were planted on carefully selected sites and took 9 years to reach maturity. The grapes were fermented whole with native yeasts and left for 5 weeks on their skins. The wine was then barrel aged for two years followed by four years of bottle maturation. This wine, rich, classic and complex, truly is a work of time.
It displays an array of aromas: dark berries, smoke, cedar, iron, tobacco, pepper and liquorice. The flavours on the palate include cherry, berry and tobacco.

Ghost Corner Sauvignon Blanc 2020
The Ghost Corner range is inspired by the extreme coastal area around Cape Agulhas near Elim, known as ‘Spookdraai’ where many ships have been wrecked. Folklore claims that the ghosts of sailors who perished through the years can be seen wandering the wild waters. These wines are as intriguing and extreme as the story of their origin at the southernmost tip of the Cape winelands.
A vibrant Sauvignon blanc with lemon grass, white blossom, gooseberry and asparagus coming through. A wine showing great minerality and balance on palate with loads of concentration in flavour that lingers with a creamy finish.

Ghost Corner Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Naturally fermented Sauvignon Blanc. Enticing aromas of fleshy white pear and quince with an illusion of sweetness. Ten months barrel maturation gives a creamy, full-palate with beautiful length.
