Once again, the Vaal River Meander Wine Expo is being hosted jointly by Stonehaven on Vaal and Riverside Sun (entrance is only at Stonehaven) on the banks of the Vaal River in Gauteng. There is a pleasant walkway along the river bank between the two venues where you can enjoy meandering freely between all the different stalls from one property to the other, with only the ducks on the river to bother you!

Vaal River Wine Expo visitors will be treated to unlimited tastings of over 200 different wines, a branded wine tasting glass and a river cruise aboard a luxury cruiser with wine tasting included - great value for only R200.00 per person. The wine tasting starts at 12 midday until 4pm, but guests are welcome to stay longer and “chill” in front of cosy fireplaces or enjoy the view of the river from the outdoor seating areas, if they so wish. Be sure to get through the gates not later than 3pm to be able to fully enjoy the wine tastings on offer.
