Jason’s Hill Shiraz 2013

This full-bodied wine is a rich red plum colour with an abundance of fruity flavours. A complex wine with smoky and earthy aromas allowing for a velvety texture and spicy smoky finish. Matured in small 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd fill French and American oak barrels for 14 months before bottling the wine is ready to drink now, but will reach its full drinking potential if left to age for a further eight to 10 years.

The Shiraz 2013 can be enjoyed on its own but you’ll be forgiven for wanting another glass when paired with a soul-comforting Cape Malay dish, hearty Oxtail casserole and even a juicy hamburger.
